Meet Our Team!!!

Meet Our Team!!!

How could we possibly save and extend lives without an outstanding medical team on the ground? We are so delighted to introduce you to what might be the best medical team anywhere in Uganda.

Doreen Kabugho is the leader of our master medical team. She is 24 years old, single, and has earned a diploma in clinical medicine and community health. Her effervescent personality makes her a natural people magnet and brings a smile to the faces of the people she serves.

Vincent Tibesigwa is the other clinical officer on our team. He and his wife, Esther, have three children, Sahrone (18); Mackline (7); and Vincent (4). Vincent is a native of the Bundibugyo District and grew up as the last of seven children in one of the villages where Ourganda now serves. In addition to his medical skills, he excels at teaching and public speaking.
Joseph Kule is the senior driver on our medical team. He is 25 years old and single. Joseph is an excellent driver who also enjoys playing soccer, playing the piano, and singing gospel music.
Eddy Mukokoma is married and is a busy mom to four children, ages 10, 8, 6, and 4. She received her accounting degree from Bugema University in Uganda and serves as our team accountant.
Joseph Bwambale was orphaned at the age of 6, was placed in the orphanage when he was 9, and is now the junior driver on our Ourganda team. He is single, 21 years old, and is excited about beginning this season of his life where he is now serving those who need help as he once did. Joseph loves riding and travel, watching movies, and eating his favorite food: rice with fish.
Patrick Mukokoma was born and raised by his mother in a simple shelter in the western part of Uganda. He earned a degree in clinical medicine and served as director of the Ebenezer Clinic in Ntandi, Uganda, for two and a half years. Ourganda is delighted that he is able to serve as our program director to provide support and oversight while he studies to become a physician.
Our team is facing some huge challenges (AKA opportunities). So many people need medical education and treatment, and the villages we serve desperately need a source of water. If you are a praying person, now is a great time to pray. If you aren’t, feel free to start anytime. 🙂 We’ll talk more about the opportunities in our next newsletter.

We are turning pain and suffering into smiles. We thank you for your help!
