What this community does
Your Next Village partnership enables Ourganda to completely transform entire communities.
We don't adopt individuals or families. Our partners adopt entire villages (our average village has 1,500 people).
Where do we start?
Through Mankind Clubs, offenders are confronted with a choice: kindness or prison.
An army of volunteers and supportive law enforcement ensure that children are no longer violated.
Once they feel safe, they choose the future they want
Homes are free from violence. Families live in peace and harmony.
Children are safe from abuse and exploitation.
We equip children with skills, faith, compassion, and leadership for the future.
Classes, triage, treatment and surgeries extend life expectancy.
Village-based microbanks and financial literacy classes create opportunity and freedom.
Leaders emerge. Communities solve problems together.

Partner benefits
Every time 25 Ourganda partners each pledge $100/month (or 50 partners pledge $50/month), our teams completely transform another village.

A story of transformation
[PLACEHOLDER: the story of Linda & Happy. Ron's notes say "Tell the story of Linda & Happy" but the source files don't include the story.]
Yes, we respond when people are in need, but Next Village Partners help us assure that it won't happen to the girl who lives next door or over the hill.
Occasional donations are helpful. But we don't prevent domestic violence and protect every girl in thousands of homes with occasional donations. Recurring gifts have empowered Ourganda to literally stop violence, rape and forced marriage in 13 villages so far. Because of partners like you, we will soon adopt our next village and assure that 1,500 people are safe, successful and self-sufficient.

So many villages are waiting
“We love what Ourganda is doing in 13 villages, but we wish you could adopt 100 villages.”
Robert Tibakunirwa, Director of Bundibugyo District
“When Ourganda started in 2018, we hoped to stop unnecessary death in the villages we adopted. Now we realize that our opportunity is so much greater.”
Vincent Tibesigwa, Ministry Coordinator, Ourganda
